1. Site-measurement or installation services could be provided to customers purchasing Bosch Major Domestic Appliances supplied by BSH and is subject to charges. Order(s) completed payment at Bosch eShop are exempted from site measurement service charge, in which this exemption do not apply to display products. Details of which will be provided by BSH and agreed with consumer prior to any service provided. Pease refer to Installation Charges (Freestanding products) or Installation Charges (Built-in products) for more information.
2. Site-measurement service at customer site is available and is recommended to take before purchase to ensure proper forthcoming delivery and installation arrangement on our products.
3. The site-measurement or installation request may be submitted either by phone through our Customer Contact Hotline 2626 9655 (Bosch) or service email bosch.hk.service@bshg.com.
4. BSH is not liable for any loss or damage to product/s which occurs through installation of the product/s by parties other than BSH.
